How long does delivery take?

We offer standard shipping to the UK, Europe & international. Approx Delivery Times -

UK Royal Mail Standard - 1-3 business days from shipping

Royal Mail Europe - 5-10 business days from shipping

Royal Mail Standard International - 7-18 business days from shipping

Express Uk Hermes - 1-2 business days from shipping

Express World-wide - 4-14 business days from shipping

( If you have selected express shipping a tracking number will be updated when your order has been dispatched)

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched ?
We dispatch in 1-2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on the weekend or bank holidays.

My order hasn't arrived yet.

We use Royal Mail for the delivery of online purchases. If you have any queries in regard to the whereabouts of your parcel if express was selected you can track your parcel via the Royal Mail or Hermes website. There have been some delays to standard shipping worldwide so your order may arrive later than expected. We advise paying for express shipping to ensure it arrives in time.

Why was my order partially refunded?

While uncommon, from time to time we have an influx of customers all hoping to order the same item, we realise when attempting to fill these orders that unfortunately we can't fulfil them all.If you have received an email about your order being oversold, this means that we were, unfortunately, unable to fulfil your entire order or part of your order.When this happens, please be assured that your money has been refunded to your original payment method and can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to show back in your account.Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, this is the worst-case scenario!

Can I cancel my order?

Our team cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations to your order, however if you have just placed your order you can contact us and we will assist as best we can.

My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing.

We're sorry to hear that! We do take great care when packing your orders but from time to time there may be a mix up! Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will sort this as quickly as possible. Include your name, order number and let us know what was missing in your order.If your item is faulty It is important to let us know within 14 days of recieving.  We’ll be back in touch as soon as possible! 

Returns / exchanges ?

If you would like to return your product we ask you contact us within 14 days of receiving. Once returned, your refund will be processed, this may take from 2-5 business days. Your item will need to be in original condition, unworn and in packaging. We will need proof of online order confirmation within the time frame. If your item has arrived faulty we will of course refund when the order has been returned. We have a no exchange policy. We have a strict no-returns or exchanges policy on any pierced jewellery (including earrings) Perishable goods and hair accessories, unless the item exhibits a genuine fault. This policy is in the interest of hygiene and gives you peace of mind when purchasing. All refunds will be issued back to the same card/ paypal account the transaction was made from.
